Another slow, somewhat distracted, week. I thought I was going to get off to a good start, but then the election took over everything for the week. A lot of people close to me are pretty upset, so I have been dealing with a lot of that.

• Discovered Readwise and Readwise Reader and holy crap is this a game changer for my general reading and studying. I could babble for days about these, but essentially they are a way to organize highlights and notes across EVERYTHING you read. It will even let you annotate Youtube videos and ingest highlights from printed books. And the best part for me is that it can then send everything to Obsidian, which is my note-taking app of choice.
• Part of my plan going forward is to get back into sites like TryHackme. This week I finally signed back up and will start working through the SOC 1 path in the coming week. Looks like all of the materi
